We offer all of our homeowners a two year warranty on all in-wall plumbing pipes.  If your plumbing pipes fail because of poor workmanship or material failure, we will make the repair to the plumbing at no charge to you.  We offer a one year warranty on all fixtures including all the faucets, tubs, and water heater.  In some cases the manufacturer will provide a warranty beyond the one year installer warranty.  Please check with the manufacturer for warranty coverage for any faulty or defective items beyond the one year coverage period provided by Stephen Ross Plumbing.  We are also fully licensed and insured.

     If you have a warranty issue and need help from us, please call Jackie at 770-831-7505 extension 224.  Please be prepared to give your name, closing date, subdivision name, lot number or street address and she will schedule with you to have the problem addressed.  If it is an emergency and it is after business hours please call our on-call service technician for help at 678-362-1860.  Please be advised that our service technicians only handle warranty issues that are "true" emergencies after hours.  A true emergency is defined as a leak that you cannot shut off or a lack of hot water.  A running toilet is not an emergency as you can shut off the flow of water to the toilet by using the cut-off at the base of the toilet.

     You can rest at ease knowing your investment is protected by our warranty department.
